How do I know which part fits my vehicle?

Most Axenture products are vehicle specific. Before ordering, check your vehicle's make, model, year and roof type - raised rails, flush rails, fixed points or bare roof - because the correct part depends on it. If you are unsure, email your registration number to sales@axenture.co.uk and we will confirm the correct part for you before you buy.

What is the difference between raised rails, flush rails, fixed points and a bare roof?

Raised rails run along the length of the roof with a visible gap underneath, so the bar feet clamp around the rail. Flush rails sit directly on the roof with no gap and need a different clamp. Fixed points are pre-set threaded mounting points, usually hidden under small covers in the roof channel. A bare roof has no rails and no visible fixing points, so it needs a system that clamps into the door frame. The wrong roof type is the most common reason a roof bar does not fit.

How much does delivery cost and how quickly are orders dispatched?

Delivery is free within the United Kingdom. Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday are dispatched the following Monday, excluding bank holidays. We ship with Royal Mail, FedEx and Amazon Services. Delivery dates given by the carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Can I return the item if it does not fit my vehicle?

Yes. We have a 30-day return policy and returns are free: we email you a return shipping label and pay the return postage. The item must be unused, uninstalled, in its original packaging and with tags. Items that have been fitted, drilled, cut, painted or otherwise modified cannot be returned. To start a return, contact sales@axenture.co.uk before sending anything back.

What are my cancellation rights as a UK consumer?

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, and you then have a further 14 days to return them. We refund the price paid plus the standard outbound delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the goods back, and we cover the cost of returning them. This right does not apply to custom or made-to-order items.

What happens if a product arrives faulty or is not as described?

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If a product is faulty or not as described you may be entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery, or to a repair or replacement after that period. In these cases we cover the cost of return postage. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact sales@axenture.co.uk immediately if anything is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Where are Axenture orders dispatched from?

All orders are picked and dispatched from our own warehouse at Unit 39D, B&S Business Centre, 505-507 Saffron Lane, Leicester, LE2 6JW, United Kingdom. We do not drop-ship, so stock shown on the site is stock we physically hold.
