Shipping Costs

UK Standard Delivery: FREE on every order — there is no minimum spend.
UK Express Delivery: £9.99
European Union: £50.00 flat rate
Rest of the world: £49.99 flat rate

Shipping is calculated and shown in full at checkout before you pay. The rates above are the rates currently configured in our checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are dispatched from our Leicester warehouse within 1-2 working days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, orders are carried by Royal Mail, FedEx or Amazon. Typical transit times are:

UK Standard Delivery: 1-3 working days after dispatch
UK Express Delivery: 1-2 working days after dispatch
International Delivery: 5-10 working days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. They exclude weekends, public holidays and any delay caused by customs.

International Shipping

We ship to the European Union and to selected countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan and the UAE. Customers outside the United Kingdom may be responsible for import duties, taxes or customs charges levied by their own country; these are not included in our prices.
